“Jim has been my personal trainer during the last year. I have seen AMAZING results! I feel fabulous since training with Jim! I have always struggled with my weight. At one time, I weighed my heaviest at 205 pounds. I weighed in at 185 when I started training with Jim. I have since lost 40 pounds and down to 17.5% body fat. I also have had 5 knee procedures on my right knee (ACL, Meniscus, MCL, cartilage repair). His training has given me the strength to do things that I thought that my knee was incapable of. I have incredible energy, my balance and flexibility have improved immensely, and I have great new strong muscles now! In addition, I have been able to do hard things such as ride in tough 100 mile biking events, ski in knee deep powder, and I feel like I can do anything.
